The goods shall be delivered to the location listed in the order.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the quantity and quality of the ordered goods. Complaints regarding the quantity of the delivered goods after more than seven days shall not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to confirm the delivery note specifying the delivered goods, or the consignment note presented by the carrier confirming the delivery of the goods.

If the packaging of the goods delivered by the carrier shows damage, then the Buyer and the carrier must make a damage event record, stating the extent and type of the damage to the packaging. If you do not make a damage event during transport record, then a complaint regarding insufficient quantity of or damage to the delivered goods cannot be filed at a later stage.

You can collect the goods in person from the company headquarters (see contact details), or use a delivery service with or without cash on delivery (PPL, Czech Post, etc.).

The cost of transport is paid by the Buyer. The price of the transport is listed in the order and on the invoice. When purchasing goods costing over CZK 6,000 excl. VAT, transport and postage is free.
